Squad Planner

Independent companion · 23 days to launch

Plan your Zero Company squad before you lose an Operator to it.

Compare Specializations, find the synergies the developers have actually confirmed, and share a four-Operator squad with a link. Every fact is marked confirmed, preview-reported or theorycraft.

Bay 1locked

Hawks · Medic

Combat Stim carrier, and the only confirmed source of extra AP.

Bay 2

Gunslinger

Most attacks per turn, so the damage buff is worth the most here.

Bay 3

Kabb Uppercut · Heavy

Absorbs return fire and knocks enemies out of cover.

Bay 4

Scoundrel

Identify Weakness adds a critical to the buffed turn.

Latest update

Site launched with all pre-release confirmed data entered

Every officially confirmed mechanic, Specialization, Operator and ability available before release has been entered as structured data with sources attached. Nine build pages are published, of which four are built on confirmed synergies and five are labelled theorycraft.

Classes

The eight standard Specializations

Official roles from EA and the developer interview. Full ability kits are not published yet, so every page lists what remains unknown.

All classes

Builds

Squads built on confirmed synergies

These rest on interactions the developers have described directly. Everything else on the site is labelled theorycraft, because it is our reading of confirmed mechanics rather than anything tested.

All builds

Operators

The seven authored Operators

Characters who join through the story. Hawks is required in every story mission; the rest can be permanently lost to permadeath.

All Operators

Mechanics

The rules that shape every build

Action Points, Advantage, Overwatch, Bonds and Focus Trees are the systems the Squad Builder reasons about.

How to read this site

The game is not out yet. We label what we know and what we don’t.

Every mechanic, ability and build carries a source, a “last verified” date and a confidence status. Where the information does not exist, pages say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Confirmed
Stated directly by EA, StarWars.com or a developer interview.
Theorycraft
A logical combination of confirmed mechanics that nobody has tested.
Tested
Reproduced in the retail build, with the version and difficulty recorded.

Stay current

Get told when a patch breaks your squad

New official ability data, mechanics that change at launch, and builds that go outdated when a patch lands. No more than that.
